1. Service Description
ContactFor provides an AI-powered automated phone call service. Subscribers can initiate outbound phone calls delivered by an artificial intelligence voice system. The service is intended for lawful purposes including reminders, notifications, and personal automated outreach.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ContactFor only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Violate any applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Conduct fraud or deceptive practices
- Call numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry for commercial purposes
- Impersonate emergency services or government agencies
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from call recipients where required by law.
3. Subscription & Billing
ContactFor offers a Pro Plan at $49 per month, billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@contactfor.me within 7 days of the charge.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Accounts found using the service for harassment, illegal robocalling, or fraud will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
ContactFor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.
